Managing Your Guests
Your guest list is the heart of your event. Here's how to keep it accurate and up to date.
Adding guests
Open the Guests tab on your event and click Add Guest.
Each guest needs at least a name. You can also add:
- Email address — required to send them an invitation by email
- Phone number — required to send them an invitation by SMS
You can add guests one at a time, or add several before sending any invitations — whichever suits how you work.
Tip: You don't have to send invitations the moment you add someone. Build your list first, then send when you're ready.
You don't have to add everyone by hand, either. Anyone you share your public event link with can RSVP without being on the list — they'll appear here automatically once they respond.
Tracking RSVPs
The guest list shows each person's RSVP status at a glance:
- Pending — invited but hasn't responded yet
- Attending — confirmed they're coming
- Not attending — let you know they can't make it
- Maybe — still deciding
When a guest submits their RSVP on your event page, their status updates automatically. You can also update it manually by clicking on their row.
Filtering your list
When your list gets long, the filter bar at the top helps you focus on what matters. You can filter by:
- RSVP status (e.g. show only people who haven't responded)
- Whether they have an email or phone number
Filters don't remove anyone — they just narrow your view. Clear them any time to see everyone again.
Editing guest details
Click on any guest's row to open their details. From there you can update their name, email address, or phone number. Changes save immediately.
If a guest's contact details change after you've already sent an invitation, update them here before sending any follow-up messages.
Removing a guest
Open a guest's details and look for the remove option. Removing a guest is permanent — if they've already received an invitation, the RSVP link in that invitation will no longer work.
Tip: If someone can no longer attend, you don't need to remove them. Just let their RSVP status reflect that — it keeps your records intact.
