Event Activity
A running record of everything that's happened on your event — handy when you want to double-check what changed, and when.
Opening the activity tab
Open your event and click Activity. You'll see a timeline of every change, newest first, with who made it and when.
What gets logged
Harmony tracks the moments that matter for your event:
- Event details updated — your name, dates, location, description, cover image, or page content changed
- Guest added — one or more guests joined your list
- Guest updated — a guest's details changed
- RSVP updated — a guest's RSVP status changed
- Guest removed — someone was taken off your list
- Message sent — an invitation or follow-up message went out
Seeing more detail
Some entries — like event or guest updates — can be expanded to show exactly which fields changed. Click an entry to see the specifics.
Hover over a timestamp to see the exact date and time, down to the minute.
