Keep your profile and security settings up to date.
Updating your profile
Your profile holds the basics — your name and email address. To update them:
- Click your avatar or name in the top corner to open your account menu.
- Go to Account.
- Update your name or email address.
- Click Save.
Your name appears in messages you send to guests, so it's worth keeping it accurate.
Changing your password
- Go to Account, then open the Security tab.
- Enter your current password, then your new one.
- Click Update password.
Choose something memorable but hard to guess — a passphrase works well.
Forgot your password? You can reset it from the login page without needing to know your current one.
Linking your Google account
Prefer signing in with Google? Head to Account, then the Security tab, and link your Google account from there.
Once it's linked, you can sign in with either your password or your Google account — whichever's quicker in the moment.
Your profile photo
A profile photo appears in your account menu and, in some places, alongside messages you send.
- Go to Account.
- Click on your current avatar.
- Choose a photo from your device — square images work best.
- Your photo updates immediately.
Deleting your account
If you'd like to leave Harmony altogether, you can delete your account from Account, under the Advanced tab.
Type DELETE to confirm, then click through. This is permanent — it removes your profile and everything tied to it, so make sure it's what you want before you confirm.
Heads up: If you're hosting events others are relying on, consider what happens to those events first. Once your account is gone, there's no undoing it.
