Your Account

Keep your name, photo, and sign-in details up to date, so you're ready whenever inspiration for your next gathering arrives.

Updating your profile

1. Open the menu beside your name or avatar and choose Account.
2. In General, update your name.
3. Click Save Changes.

Your email address is shown here for reference, but you can't edit it on this page. Your name appears in the host credit on messages you send to guests.

Changing your password

1. Open Account, then Security.
2. Click Change Password.
3. Enter your current password, a new password of at least eight characters, and the new password again to confirm it.
4. Click Update Password.

If you signed up with Google and haven't set a password, choose Setup Password instead. Enter and confirm your new password, then click Set Password; no current password is needed.

After a successful password change or setup, you'll need to sign in again.

Linking your Google account

Open Account, then Security, and click Connect Google Account. Follow Google's sign-in steps to link your account.

Once linked, the page shows Connected. You can sign in with Google, or use a password if you've set one.

Your profile photo

1. Open Account and stay in General.
2. Click your avatar or Upload Avatar. If you already have a photo, the button says Change Avatar.
3. Choose an image from your device and wait for the upload to finish.

Your photo saves when the upload finishes, separately from your name. A square image works well in the round avatar.

Deleting your account

If you're ready to leave Harmony, open Account, then Advanced.

1. Click Delete Account.
2. Read the confirmation and type DELETE exactly as shown.
3. Click Delete Account Permanently.

This permanently removes your account, events, and guest lists. If guests are counting on an upcoming event, let them know before deleting your account.
