Collecting RSVPs
Ask your guests exactly what you need to know — dietary needs, song requests, menu choices, or anything else that helps you plan.
Why use RSVP questions?
When a guest RSVPs on your event page, they answer any questions you've added. Their answers come straight back to you in the guest list — no separate forms, no chasing replies.
You can ask anything: meal preferences, whether they're bringing a plus one, a favourite memory you'd like to display on the night.
Adding a question
- Open the RSVP tab on your event.
- Click Add Question.
- Write your question — keep it short and clear.
- Choose the question type (see below).
- If you're using a select type, add the options your guests can choose from.
- Click Save.
Your questions appear on the RSVP form in the order you add them. You can drag to reorder them at any time.
Tip: Only ask what you genuinely need. Shorter forms get more completions.
Question types
Text — guests type a free-form answer. Good for: dietary requirements, song requests, a personal note.
Single select — guests pick one option from a list you define. Good for: meal choice, session preference, t-shirt size.
Multi-select — guests can pick more than one option. Good for: which activities they want to join, dietary labels (e.g. vegetarian + gluten-free).
Viewing responses
Responses appear in the guest list. Click on any guest's row to see their answers alongside their RSVP status and contact details.
You can also filter the guest list by RSVP status to focus on confirmed attendees and review their answers together.
Editing and removing questions
Open the RSVP tab and click on any question to edit it.
Heads up: If guests have already answered a question, editing or removing it won't delete their existing responses — but it may make those responses harder to interpret. It's best to finalise your questions before sending invitations.
