A worked example
Imagine a host arranging a birthday lunch. They already have a photo they want to use and need to know each household’s party size and dietary requirements. They make a Harmony page with the address, arrival time, and reply-by date, then add the food question.
Their fictional message reads: “Join us for Maya’s birthday lunch on 12 June at noon. Details and RSVP by 1 June: [invitation link]. Please include your party size and any dietary needs.” They test it on a phone before sending.

When Harmony is the worse choice
Choose Evite if its ready-made invitation gallery is your preferred starting point or its Premium decorative extras are central to your plans. Harmony’s invitation-page format may not give you the experience you want.
