BEFORE YOU INVITE YOUR PEOPLE
Digital invitations without per-guest fees

A celebration’s guest list changes. Your invitation budget is easier to plan when each extra guest does not mean another invitation charge. Harmony’s invitations, shareable links, and guest and RSVP management are free forever. The paid plan adds advanced design controls, guest messages, and custom RSVP questions, normally $19 per event and free for now too.
Compare the event total
Write down your likely recipient count, the replies you need, and the invitation you want to send. Check the total for 50, 100, and 150 guests. If the tool charges per recipient, check whether a household counts as one invitation and how extra recipients affect the price. Attendance headcount and billable recipients can be different numbers.
For Harmony, invitations and basic RSVPs are free forever at each of those guest counts. The paid plan’s extras are normally $19 total per event, free for now too. There are no Coins to convert or per-guest invitation fees. This does not cover separate costs such as your own artwork or event vendors.
Check what each plan includes
Harmony’s free forever plan includes your invitation page, shareable link, and guest and RSVP management. Guests can RSVP in a browser without an app or account. The paid plan adds advanced design controls, email invitations and messages, and custom RSVP questions about dietary needs, travel plans, and more. Those extras are free for now too.
The essentials will stay free forever when the paid plan’s free offer ends. See current pricing for both plans.
If you’re comparing Paperless Post
Paperless Post has free options, paid bundles using Coins, and an annual Pro subscription without Coins. The official calculator is the place to check your selected invitation’s total. For an explanation of the calculations, read Paperless Post pricing explained.
If you want a Paperless Post alternative with simple pricing, compare the full invitation experience too. A specific stationery design may matter more to you than the pricing model.
Put the invitation to work
Add the date, venue, reply deadline, and only the questions you need answered. Share the same link by WhatsApp, text, or email. Keep replies from phone calls alongside the online responses so you have one headcount.
