BEFORE YOU INVITE YOUR PEOPLE
Paperless Post pricing explained (and free alternatives)

Choosing an invitation is fun. Working out what it will cost should be quick too. If you’re looking for a Paperless Post alternative, start by comparing the whole event price.
What determines the Paperless Post price?
For pay-per-event invitations, choose your feature bundle and check its Coins per recipient. Multiply that number by the recipients you plan to invite, then check the dollar total in the official pricing calculator. Coins are credits used within Paperless Post. Its Pro subscription is a separate annual option without Coins, based on guest count.
For example, at 5 Coins per recipient, 50 recipients require 250 Coins, 100 require 500, and 150 require 750. Those are illustrative Coin totals, not dollar quotes. The calculator changes its dollar rate with guest count, so multiplying a single displayed dollar rate can give a misleading estimate. Count recipients carefully: one invitation to a household may represent several people attending.
Is Paperless Post free?
There are free choices. Its free invitation guide describes making your own Flyer for up to 50 guests with RSVP tracking. Check your design and features before sending. A paid bundle has a different cost from that free option.
Harmony: free forever essentials, paid extras free for now
Harmony’s invitation pages, shareable links, and guest and RSVP management are free forever. The paid plan adds advanced design controls, email invitations and messages, and custom RSVP questions about dietary needs, travel plans, and more. It’s normally $19 flat per event, but those extras are free for now too. Neither plan has Coins or per-guest invitation fees.
For 50, 100, or 150 guests at one event, the essentials stay free forever. Paid extras are free for now, normally $19 total for the event. See current Harmony pricing before creating your event.
